My journey into fitness has never been about shortcuts or quick fixes — it’s been about balance, consistency, and proving to myself (and others) what’s possible.
When I began studying Law at university, my life was packed with long study sessions, assignments, and deadlines. Later, I went into full-time work, where hours were long and expectations high. Most people would have dropped fitness to “make space.” I chose the opposite — I made fitness the anchor that kept me grounded. I trained early mornings, late evenings, sometimes in between shifts. Fitness wasn’t an optional extra; it became the foundation that gave me discipline, focus, and drive to keep going.
Over the last six years, that consistency has paid off. I’ve not only built strength in the gym — pushing myself to new personal bests — but also tested my limits on the road. I’ve completed six races, including half marathons and a full marathon, and discovered the unique satisfaction that comes from blending both endurance and strength. I call it the hybrid athlete lifestyle: strong enough to lift heavy, fit enough to run long, resilient enough to keep going.
All of this has been done while living 100% plant-powered. I’ve faced the doubts head-on:
“You can’t build muscle without meat.”
“You won’t have energy for long runs.”
“Plants aren’t enough.”
But every rep, every race, and every result has been proof that not only is it possible — it’s powerful.
That’s why I created Plant Powered Performance World (PPPW). Because I know exactly how it feels to be confused by conflicting advice, overwhelmed by the noise of the fitness industry, and priced out by expensive coaching. PPPW was built to simplify all of that — to give you proven programs, trackers, and nutrition systems that actually work, designed for real life. No gimmicks. No gatekeeping.
